Can I Pickup My Order?

Sorry, this option is not available at present. Missie77art Jewellery is unable to accommodate pickups, as this shop operates as an online store only and does not have a retail storefront. For last minute orders, Express Post (through Australia Post) is available for all items posted Australia wide and this postal method can be selected from the available postage options during checkout. Any questions, please feel free to send a message.

Missie77art Jewellery does not offer items for loan or hire.​

How to purchase

Missie77art Jewellery accepts payments through most credit/debit cards including Visa and MasterCard, and accepts payments through PayPal. 

 

Please ensure that your address details are current and correct as Missie77art Jewellery is only able to post to the address on the invoice.

 

To purchase an item, add the item to your cart and press the view cart button to view the item/s in your cart.

Refunds 

Please contact Missie77art Jewellery if you have a problem with your item.

 

Refunds  

 

Please choose carefully. There will be no returns or refunds for simply changing your mind, for buyer’s remorse or if item does not fit. A large portion of the stock carried is considered “body jewellery” or “hair accessories” so Missie77art Jewellery cannot accept returns for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

 

Measurements for products are on all listings. Missie77art Jewellery tries to be fair and accurate with all product images and descriptions. Please read the product description carefully prior to making a purchase and if you are unsure or require more information, please ask.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Missie77art Jewellery will accept returns on “faulty goods” only or if the wrong item has been shipped to you. If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact Missie77art Jewellery via the contact form prior to returning the item. Faulty/wrong items must be returned within 14 days and must be returned in the original package. No refunds will be given for items that are mistreated or intentionally damaged. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs as stated in PayPal’s return policy which can be found on the PayPal site.
